Why do people act the way they do and respond to conflict in a particular way? SDI is a self awareness inventory that examines an individual’s motivation and explores what drives motivation in different situations. This leads to more effective interpersonal relationships on a personal, work and team level.

SDI training can be held in conjunction with Workplace Bullying Awareness, Assertiveness or Managing Challenging Behaviour training.

Participants will learn:

  • To build strong teams and create greater understanding between work colleagues.
  • How to promote positive workplace relationships.
  • To understand their strengths and how to deal with conflict.

Facilitator: Caroline Dean is an experienced consultant with a sociology background who specialises in dealing with workplace conflict issues to create positive cultural change. Her insightful approach leads to practical and positive outcomes for both small and large businesses.
