This course will provide you with a comprehensive overview of workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination. The emphasis is on acquiring effective interpersonal skills and learning practical strategies to deal with bullying and conflict in the workplace.

Participants will learn:

  • About legal and compliance issues.
  • To recognise key factors and indicators of a bullying culture.
  • About the definitions, rights and responsibilities of employees, employers and managers.
  • To create positive workplace relationships.

Facilitator: Caroline Dean is an experienced consultant with a sociology background who specialises in dealing with workplace conflict issues to create positive cultural change. Her insightful approach leads to practical and positive outcomes for both small and large businesses.
