This course provides the first aider with the knowledge and skills to: provide first aid response; life support; casualty management; and manage the incident until the arrival of medical or other assistance.

Participants will learn:

To assess the situation.
To apply first aid procedures.
To communicate details of the incident.
To evaluate their performance.

Refresher Courses
These courses allow the first aider to update and revise knowledge and skills gained within the last three years. It is an industry recommendation that the full Level 2 be refreshed every three years.
