Nationally accredited, this course gives an overview of a server’s legal responsibility, liability and duty of care to patrons. This course is a legal requirement for anyone working with alcohol products in the hospitality industry.

Participants will learn:

  • To sell or serve alcohol responsibly.
  • To assist customers to drink within appropriate limits.
  • To assess alcohol-affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must
    be refused.
  • To refuse to provide alcohol.
