This workshop gives participants a practical understanding of what diversity is, and how it is beneficial in the workplace. Gain the knowledge to promote and encourage diversity through strategies and maintenance of positive working relationships.

Participants will learn:

  • About discrimination legislation and compliance.
  • How to recognise and respect individual differences.
  • To understand how unchallenged stereotypes can lead to discrimination.
  • To identify and increase supportive interpersonal communication strategies.
